Featuring a robust load-bearing structure including the lifting cylinders and level stop, the MONO 5-10-15 can be adapted to suit any installation, with minimum building work required for anchoring and fastening. The MONO 5-10-15 can be installed either on the floor or in a pit, thanks to compact dimensions of the platform, just 125 mm (5 inch).

A “dead-man” push-button board, with standards-compliant signal lights and safety devices is, supplied together with the platform, simplifying manoeuvrability.

The MONO 5-10-15 can also be made with special surface treatments for installation in special environments and upon customer request with nonstandard dimensions.

The MONO 5-10-15 satisfies all the requirements of the Machine Directive 98/37/EC.

The LEON 20 is also available in the “person on board” version when the operator needs to stay on the platform with the freights. In this case:

safety guards (handrails) around the perimeter of the platform

safety gates on board or on the floor access are compulsory.

The LEON 20 platform complies with the current Machine Directive (98/37/EC) and the European Rule EN 1570.

Move 30 N & L:

The MOVE 30 N features a very compact structure, made up of a platform travels by driving guides. The guides normally face upwards (version GD), on request they can be mounted downwards (version GR) in order to limit the protruding above the surface.

The MOVE 30 lifting platform represents the ideal response to the ever increasing need to use available space intelligently, and has been successfully installed in many different urban, residential and commercial contexts, in home car parks, in hotels and apartment blocks, garages, dealers, workshops, etc.…

Indeed, being adaptable to different situations, above all where there are digging problems, the MOVE 30 minimises the height and space requirements of the compartment.
The accuracy of the design, the high quality of the materials used and the final treatments, with sandblasting and epoxy powder coating, make this product highly reliable and long lasting.

The MOVE 30 is an approved product and bears the CE mark.

Move 30L - Lateral columns.

The MOVE 30 in the version with side columns is different from the normal version because the driving columns are located on one of the longer platform sides.

This special layout provides unhanced platform space still maintaining the same platform size, rigidity, compactness and safety as version N.

The MOVE 30 L can also be supplied in the version with reverse guides (GR), so as to minimise protrusions.

Like the MOVE 30 N, the MOVE 30 L is approved and bears the CE mark.

Move 30 T:

TOTALMOVE 30 L has a capacity of 3000 Kg. It features a very compact structure, made up of a platform that slides, using guides, along two load-bearing columns.

These guides normally face upwards (version GD), however on request they can be fitted downwards (version GR) so as to limit the encumbrance protruding above the surface.

The accuracy of the design, the high quality of the materials used and the final treatments, with sandblasting and epoxy powder coating, make this product highly reliable and long lasting.

TOTALMOVE 30L can be supplied with recessed or above ground platform.

The maximum pit size of 500 mm and the central flanging allow to reduce building works (no wall anchorings) and get an easy transportation/installation of the lifting platform.

The single-cross solution allows more stability than the double-cross solution we find in the market. The extremely rigid structure and the pins equipped with selflubricating bushings allow to reduce load deformations granting more reliability and life.

Our constant attention to customer's needs and expectations, lead us to offer platforms having several dimensions allowing the use of our platforms also in already finished buildings. REX versions offer the possibility to lift a second vehicle thanks to a driveway roof having kg. 2500 capacity.
