All column lifts from Stertil-Koni are equipped with a hydraulic lifting system.

Parts susceptible to wear such as spindles, nuts and cables are not used. This approach yields an unusually long service life for column lifts, commercial lifts, commercial hoists, commercial scissor lifts and MOT lifts. Thanks to the absence of any threshold, you have free access beneath the vehicle for e.g. a gearbox jack or a tool wagon. Our column lifts are protected against overloading by a hydraulic pressure relief valve. The automatic drop-safeguard works independently from the lifting system, and is always active. The patented synthetic runner wheels are self-lubricating, making them maintenance-free.

A typical Stertil Koni column lift is the KS 2038 which is specially designed to lift vehicles in the middle segment, from cars through MPVs, SUVs and off-roaders up to and including light commercial vehicles. The KS 2038 column lift with a lifting capacity of 3.8 tonnes is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders and an electronic synchronisation system. The vehicle lift can be supplied in four different heights, so you can adapt the lift to suit your workshop and vehicle programme. Through its construction without threshold in combination with the asymmetric positioning of the lifting arms, your access to the vehicle is completely unrestricted. Doors can be opened without any problem, simplifying entry, exit and working inside the vehicle. Thanks to the absence of any threshold, you have free access beneath the vehicle for e.g. a gearbox jack or a tool wagon.
